Build and maintain the KPI dashboards, generate performance reports, and benchmark practices against platform averages, the data leadership uses to evaluate practice health across the network.
Build and maintain the Sycenta platform: internal tools, reporting infrastructure, practice-facing dashboards, and automation systems, front-end interfaces to back-end data pipelines.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects across the platform: new market entry, partnership evaluation, service-line analysis, and executive reporting. At the intersection of operations, finance, and growth.
Support operational performance across the practice network: staffing analysis, workflow optimization, vendor management, and performance reporting, working directly with practice and central operations leadership.
Maintain HIPAA compliance programs and regulatory standards across the network: risk assessments, policy management, audit coordination, and staff compliance training.
Own end-to-end onboarding of new practices onto the platform: systems setup and integrations, credentialing timelines, staff onboarding, and go-live readiness.
